21st century is a time frame which has already begun two decades ago . Early learners will have to survive and succeed in the 21st century which require a lot of skills that should be used for application, analysis, problem solving , etc in their future. The 21st century kids in future i.e after 15 years will have to work in a global workforce based on team collaboration working from different corners of the world.
